Orchard Park Sales Centre

The sales office was reflected the overall marketing campaign, which focused on a clean, modern design, with splashes of vibrant colour. Inside, the sales office utilized a modern and sophisticated white and gray colour scheme, which was accentuated by pops of colour on the marketing materials and unique multi-leveled candlestick ceiling lights. Special care was taken to keep the sales office as open concept as possible, and to not clutter every inch of wall space with marketing materials.

The decision to keep the space as open concept as possible was proven to be a smart decisions as the sales office was filled to capacity during the Registrant Preview Event that saw over 250 registrants attend and 90 sales during the weekend.
